Sadhana of Mahamudra
This six-week course delves into the dynamic structure and meaning of the Sadhana of Mahamudra, a powerful practice introduced by Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche to arouse spiritual inspiration and insight during these difficult times. The talks are presented by his students who have practiced it for many years. The course assumes a familiarity with the Sadhana of Mahamudra text, but can also serve as an introduction to the Sadhana of Mahamudra altogether.
